HOW DO I PAY?

Payment is cash on delivery or you can also pay on our site.

HOW DO I BOOK?

We have a fantastic online booking system, which can take you through the process very easily. Simply go on the product that you would like to hire and then use the two buttons below the description to check availability for your date. You can then follow the instructions to put in your postcode, add any further items you would like to hire and complete the booking.

 

Please watch out for your booking confirmation email arriving and if you don't receive one, be sure to check your junk mail and add us to your address book for any further contact.

HOW LONG CAN I HAVE THE BOUNCY CASTLE?

castle can be booked for the day or overnight.

WHAT TIME DO YOU DELIVER?

we always try yo deliver the day before your event. For peace of mind. We usually state that delivery is before noon. However, we do understand that there are venues/events which require specific times. If this is the case please state when booking.

WHAT TIME DO YOU COLLECT?

Collection will normally be next day

WHAT SIZE IS THE BOUNCY CASTLE?

To find out any details regarding the product you have chosen to hire, please click on the individual bouncy castle and look at the additional information at the bottom. Please ensure that your venue has enough room for the castle. If you are unsure then please get in contact.

DO YOU SET UP THE BOUNCY CASTLE?

Yes when we arrive, we will set up the the bouncy castle and show you everything you need to know.

DELIVERY POLICY

The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose this area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please contact us to see if we can help you out.

 

If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.

 

Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
